Used for parking brake release of rail transit vehicles. When the vehicle brake release is abnormal (when there is no pressure air, the brake cannot be released by pressure air), the operator operates the parking release assembly handle, and through the parking release cable, pulls the parking brake cylinder to achieve parking release (release brake) action in the abnormal state of vehicle brake release.
